The daily work of a guide consist of versatile costumer service duties such as welcoming guests at the airport, doing sales, and having communication with guests both via digital channels and service hours in our concept hotels. With varying working hours depending on the duty, you get to meet new people, working in close collaboration with our hotels, solving and handling different situations and cases..

Working with children and youngsters is full of action and fun! As an activity guide, you and the team plan and arrange fun activities like different sports activities, fun games and dancing in the minidisco! Captain Nemo is kids favorite, and working as an activity guide at Nazar never gets boring. Workdays are fun activities fulfilling the holiday dreams of both children and their families.

We work closely in our international teams, and every individual is an important part of the team and the entire Nazar family.

We provide service both in Nordic languages and in English, and therefore you need to be fluent at least in one Nordic language and additionally also in English, both in written- and verbal communication. It is beneficial if you know more than one Nordic language, and B-driver license is obligatory (a license being valid in minimum for one full calendar year, is beneficial). As the workdays can sometimes get hectic, demanding or long, flexibility and being open minded, are also important characteristics.
